Don’t like them to eat alone, add Raisins Figs, and dried apricots to enhance the taste.
Be careful to eat dry fruits in balanced quantities that too by chewing them to liquid. Do not overeat them otherwise you have to deal with the consequences. Not to forget, nuts and dry fruits are best healthy food for heart.

Ragi & Bajra – Ragi and Bajra were most popular sometimes 50-60 years ago, slowly they were replaced by wheat. However, Ragi and Bajra are considered to be healthier than the whole wheat. It is advised to mix Ragi or Bajra with wheat flour to make it multi-grain flour which is far more nutritious. If you are a vegan, Ragi is the best way to fill your body with calcium.
That said, ragi also helps in regulating diabetes and anaemia (both are a dangerous disease, bahut khatarnak). Consuming Ragi may help you with Insomnia, anxiety as well as depression. Bajra, on the other hand, is high on fat (good fats), rich in protein and fibre. There is a good amount of Iron in Bajra which helps in curing anaemia. On a regular basis, it is found that millet can also strengthen your goddamn bones.

Ghee or clarified butter (western countries say so) is good for the whole digestive system, be it the stomach, gut, small intestine or the large one. It aids in digestion, relieves constipation.
Ghee is also a source of good fat and energy, hence it keeps your body warm from within. It is also good for skin and hair and helps in clogged nose and aid in the tissue-building process as well.
